Live today: briefing, diagnosis, tickets, part identification, signed reports
In development: parts ordering
From a real service call, replayed. Names and machines changed.
We eliminate manual OEM workflows, capturing critical data that powers organizational development, informs design and process changes.
Quoting a machine, briefing the engineer before a visit, troubleshooting the failures, producing the signed report, tracking parts—wherever your teams already work, on WhatsApp, Teams or a proprietary channel. Each step is written back to the machine automatically, so the OEM builds a data layer customers and management can actually use.
In production with Vinsak since April · 40 engineers · 135 service calls · 100 AI-generated reports
A machine lives for decades.
Every machine follows the same arc: quoted, commissioned, operated, serviced, repurposed. Each phase writes information the later phases depend on, and today most of it gets lost between them. Underneath run the breakdown loop, the parts stream, and the contract cycle.
-
Quoted
A buyer's requirements are translated into a configuration and a price. This translation is where quotation errors are born.
-
Commissioned
Installation starts the warranty clock and the machine's first service record.
-
Operated
Operators build tribal knowledge over the failure modes. Crews change, and quality and uptime suffer.
-
Serviced
For ten to twenty years the machine is repaired, calibrated, and fed parts. Most of what the OEM will ever learn about it is generated here.
-
Repurposed
Machines are upgraded, relocated, and repurposed mid-life. Their tribal knowledge is lost, and the new operators start from zero.
Service agent
Live today with Vinsak
Field engineers use it on their preferred channel, in their own language. It briefs them before the visit with the machine's history, guides the diagnosis from the manuals and past fixes, runs the ticket, identifies spare parts, and generates the signed service report from the conversation.
About the service agent →- Identifies the machine from a photo of its nameplate
- Remembers what the last engineer left open
- Answers from the whole fleet, down to torque specs
- Drafts the report. Hours corrected in one message
- Signed on paper, filed from a photo. Service head notified

Quotation agent
Launching in the coming weeks
Generates complete machine quotations from the OEM's pricing schema and configuration logic, so a quote no longer depends on the handful of people who know the price book. A won quote becomes the machine's birth record, which the service agent then enriches for the rest of its life.
About the quotation agent →Operator agent
Next on the roadmap
Gives the OEM's customers support for machine operation and basic troubleshooting at any hour. It resolves directly what never needed an engineer, and when a case does, it escalates with the machine's history and the conversation attached.
About the operator agent →Ink is smearing on the web after the second unit.14:32
Check the chill roller temperature first. On this machine it should read 12 to 15 degrees. A reading above 20 usually means the coolant line is blocked.14:32
It reads 24.14:35
That points to the coolant line. I have raised it to an engineer with this conversation attached.14:35
Read-only view over the records the agents write
Management sees the whole operation.
First-time fix rate, warranty leakage, and time per service call, each shown with the number of cases behind it, alongside spare-parts demand and recurring failures by model family. A read-only view over the same records the agents write, so nobody fills in a dashboard. These are the live numbers from production.
The management view →Working with us.
We run against our first partner's installed base of 245 customers and 470 machines from 13 manufacturers, and we are in pilot discussions with two more OEMs.
Starting is deliberately plain. You share the price book and the installed-base list you already have, and we load the machines and their subsystem knowledge. We build and have you approve custom knowledge bases on your processes. Your engineers change nothing, because the agent lives in the channel they already use, and they onboard in waves the way our pilot did.
Your ERP stays where it is. Your customer list, your pricing, and your contracts stay in your environment and are never shared.
