The agent carries twelve troubleshooting guides written for field engineers: inkjet, flexo, offset, slitting and rewinding, die-cutting and registration, print-quality inspection, VDP verification, converting and finishing, embellishment, screen printing, web handling, and HMI and servo controls. Each machine's model maps to its subsystems, so a slitter never gets inkjet advice, and only the sections relevant to the fault at hand are used.
The report is not the end of the visit. It is the record of it.
When the customer signs, the conversation becomes a structured entry on the machine's record: the symptom, the root cause, the fix, the parts consumed, and the hours on site, with the photos and voice notes from the job attached. Every signed report also adds to the model family's knowledge what failed, why, what fixed it, and how long such repairs actually take. The next engineer who faces the same fault starts from that record instead of from zero, and it compounds with every visit.
