Terms of use

These terms apply to Antinode's AI service assistants on WhatsApp and the web, and to this website. If your organisation has a separate agreement with Antinode, that agreement takes precedence. Contact: hello@theantinode.com.

Who can use the service

The assistants are for manufacturers and the people they authorise, such as service engineers, managers and machine operators. We may refuse, suspend or end access at any time.

AI answers are guidance

Answers are generated by AI from the manufacturer's documents and records and may be wrong or incomplete. Always follow the machine's safety instructions and manuals, and leave work reserved for trained personnel to them. You are responsible for decisions you make using the service.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for machine operation and service. Do not send unlawful content or malware, do not try to access data you are not authorised to see or interfere with the service, and do not send personal data that is not needed.

Content and data

You keep whatever rights you have in what you send. You grant Antinode a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and use it to provide, secure and improve the service. Antinode may also create and use anonymized and aggregated data from the service, including to evaluate, train and improve AI models and to build and publish industry benchmarks. Feedback you give us may be used freely. Personal data is handled as described in the privacy policy.

WhatsApp

Using the assistant on WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's terms, and your carrier's message and data rates may apply.

Changes and availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Antinode disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including machine downtime, lost production or damage arising from use of the service or reliance on its answers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
