Agent 02 · Launching soon
The quotation agent, where the record begins.
Machine quotations are configuration problems: option groups that depend on each other, and prices that live with the few people who know the book. The quotation agent builds complete quotations from the OEM's own pricing schema and configuration logic.
The price book becomes a system.

01
Built on the real price book
We modeled a full rotary offset press end to end with our first partner: around twenty option groups and over a hundred priced line items, taken from the price list the sales team already uses.
-
02
Dependencies are rules, not memory
Substrate choice forces the right surface-treatment equipment. The number of print units sizes power and cooling. Incompatible combinations cannot be selected.
-
03
Commercial choices stay human
The agent derives engineering consequences and drafts from a brief, and it never auto-selects vendor or commercial options. Deterministic pricing is the source of truth.
-
04
Every version kept
Draft, review, ready to send, sent, won or lost. Each revision is kept with a change note, so the negotiation has a history.
-
05
Two outputs
The customer quotation as PDF or Word, and an internal costing workbook with live formulas.

06
Onboarding is a process
Each additional machine follows a documented onboarding path from price list to signed-off schema, not a fresh project.
A won quote is the machine's birth record.
The quotation fixes what the machine is: its model, its options, and the terms it was sold on. Today that information dies in a sales folder. With the quotation agent it becomes the first entry on the machine's record, so when a service engineer looks the machine up years later, the record starts from the day it was sold. The service agent then enriches that record for the rest of the machine's operating life.
Launching in the coming weeks.
We are wrapping up development against our first partner's pricing schema and configuration logic, alongside the service agent that is already in production. If quotations at your company still depend on a handful of people who know the price book, we would like to talk.
